• The refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment and bank transfer in case of cash payment.

However, If by any chance the product is damaged, reflects some kind of faults or seems different from what it is shown on the website then along with our apologies we will exchange/refund you the order amount in shaa Allah but make sure you have recorded parcel opening video as a proof.
